The firm is managed by its founding partner and chairman Dr. Geza Martin Toth-Feher.

Dr. Toth-Feher started his career as a corporate attorney in the Hamburg office of Freshfields, an international law firm. He continued his career in London as a partner in leading US law firms. In this capacity he became the advisor of choice for a large variety of international private equity funds, hedge-funds and financial institutions, and he advised these clients on high-profile transactions.

With the support of many of these clients, CB Equity Partners was formed as an investment advisory firm and an arranger, initially with offices in London and Munich. As managing partner of CB Equity Partners, Dr. Toth-Feher sources transactions to and advises funds, hedge funds, financial institutions and private equity or industry bidders in the formulation of market entry or exit strategies.

He has given these clients legal and investment advice on their anchor investments in Germany, often in the asset class real estate. He also has arranged investments in distressed asset classes such as banks, mortgage-banks, public sector banks, NPL or SPL acquisitions and on the financing of such acquisitions.

Apart from his role in CB Equity Partners, Dr. Toth-Feher has served and serves as a non-executive board member for a variety of German companies and he is a member of the Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e. V. in Deutschland.

Dr. Toth-Feher speaks English, German, Italian and Hungarian.

He is supported by a team of experienced investment professionals recruited from top tier investment banks, private equity firms and hedge funds.
